Job Description
As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering data insights that drive commercial and technological change across the business. You will serve as the primary contact for CRM queries from various departments, collaborating closely with the tech team and internal stakeholders to enhance usability and productivity.
Responsibilities
* Be the key liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration on CRM-related matters.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive CRM training programs, contributing to the ongoing development, support, and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.
* Work across stakeholder groups to identify and implement solutions that align with business objectives, utilizing Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
* Collaborate on integrations with other systems and liaise with external vendors as needed.
* Assist in data governance, quality, and reporting to provide actionable insights on member engagement, retention, and campaign performance using Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A proactive approach with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
* Advanced solution design skills encompassing custom entities, fields, workflows, dashboards, and automated processes.
* Proficiency in Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and model-driven apps.
* Data management skills incorporating SQL queries, data migration/clean-up, and governance.
* Analytics and reporting skills covering dashboard creation and report delivery.
* Business process analysis skills enabling effective translation of membership processes into CRM solutions.
* Collaboration and vendor liaison skills facilitating interactions with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
* Communication and training skills focusing on coaching small groups and driving user adoption.
* Requirements gathering and prioritization skills encompassing stakeholder engagement and competing demands management.
* Desirable: tertiary qualification in Business or Information Technology and Microsoft certifications.
