As a Graduate Technical Service Professional, you’ll be part of The HUB — our in-house customer and technical support centre that sits at the core of everything we do. You’ll handle inbound customer queries across our Voice, Data, Mobile, Hosting, and Cloud services, while learning to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in real time. This is not your average call centre job — you’ll gain hands-on exposure to live networks, cutting-edge tools, and real customers, all while being supported by a world-class graduate program designed to launch you into a career as a Network Engineer or IT Service Specialist. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional customer service through every call, chat, and email, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. Troubleshoot and resolve network, data, or hosting issues with guidance from experienced engineers. Monitor network performance and assist in proactive service management and maintenance. Collaborate across teams to restore services quickly and keep customerscinformed every step of the way. Document and maintain accurate customer and system information.
