Are you an organised, friendly professional with finance/administration experience, looking for a role in a dynamic real estate environment? We’re looking for a reliable receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients—both in person and over the phone—while supporting our team behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiries
- Trust account and banking
- Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, and filing
- Help prepare property listings, documents, and correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organised front office area
- Support agents and property management with day-to-day office duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reception or admin preferred (real estate a bonus!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
- Friendly, qualified, and proactive attitude
Hours:
Full time hours with some flexibility
