Caravan Sales Representative Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing the sales process from initial inquiries through to final sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer inquiries via phone and in-person showroom visits, providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless communication.
* Showcase caravans and engage with potential buyers through targeted marketing campaigns and promotional events.
* Liaise with suppliers to source required parts and maintain efficient supply chains.
* Draft sales contracts and provide updates to customers, maintaining transparency throughout the sales process.
* Support marketing efforts, including video production and social media management, to enhance brand visibility.
* Represent the company at industry events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the brand.
* Travel interstate and overseas for training and professional development opportunities.
* Assist with setup, pack-down, and representing the brand at caravan shows throughout the year, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement.
Requirements:
* Current driver's licence and ability to tow a caravan safely and efficiently.
* Confident communicator with excellent phone and face-to-face skills.
* Proficient computer user with experience working with internal systems and software.
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) to ensure a secure working environment.
