We are seeking experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologists to join our Allied Health team and make a meaningful impact by empowering clients to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

In this role, you will deliver best-practice, client-centred, evidence-based therapy services to support communication, mealtime safety, and overall health and wellbeing.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists to provide comprehensive care and support.

Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering therapy at home, in educational settings, in the community, onsite at one of our clinics or via Telehealth.
* Providing family coordination and indirect client services.
* Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.

Requirements:

* A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
* Experience working in a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients and families.
* Commitment to professional growth, clinical excellence and self-reflection.
* Competence with IT systems, especially client management platforms.
* A valid Australian driver's license and own vehicle for travel across Melbourne's Western Region.
