About you The ideal candidate will bring: Proven success in accommodation and F&B management, ideally as a GM or senior leader.
Strong understanding of revenue and yield management in competitive markets.
A sharp commercial mind with proven ability to manage costs and drive profitability.
Exceptional leadership skills to inspire, develop, and retain staff.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
Hands-on management style, with a passion for people and hospitality.
Experience with hospitality systems (Opera Cloud PMS, POS, channel management, accounting).
Solid understanding of workplace health, safety, and risk management.
