About the role
As a Supervisor you are employed to actively assist the store management team to ensure the store achieves its maximum sales potential and runs efficiently whilst ensuring our customers have a great in-store experience and is a safe and enjoyable place to work for our team.

Sharing your expertise and product insights.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who loves retail and customer service, is complementary to the store leadership team, has supervisory experience, values open communication, and enjoys coaching and developing others.
Minimum 1 year retail experience in a similar setting.
Passion for personal growth and inspiring team development.
Skilled in coaching and supporting others to maximise team performance.
Team-oriented mindset, valuing the strength of collaboration.
Excellent communication skills across all levels.
Proficient in stock management and replenishment strategies.
Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
