About the Role
Are you ready to lead a dynamic OSHC team? Whether you're an experienced Coordinator, a Senior Educator looking to branch into OSHC, or a classroom teacher seeking better work-life balance? This role offers leadership, flexibility, and no take-home workload.
As the OSHC Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, inclusive programs for school-aged children.
What You'll Do
* Supervise and manage the service within legal and regulatory frameworks
* Lead and support a cohesive, efficient team
* Create a safe, stimulating environment tailored to children's needs
* Build strong relationships with families and the school community
* Align programs with the school's vision through collaboration
What You Need
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
* Valid Working with Children Check (OCHRE Card)
* Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certifications
* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
* Strong understanding of EYLF, My Time Our Place, NQS, QIP, and Education & Care Services National Law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

About Wagaman OSHC
Wagaman OSHC provides a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for school-aged children on the grounds of Wagaman Primary School. Operating weekdays from 2:30pm to 6pm and vacation care from 7am to 6pm, the service offers fun, educational activities that foster lifelong skills. Programs are developed in collaboration with school leadership and family committees to align with the school's vision.
