The Role
As a Product Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for clinicians, clients, and families looking for the right mobility or rehabilitation solutions. You'll combine your product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and people skills to assess needs, recommend equipment, and ensure a seamless process from trial to delivery. It's a role where you'll still be making a real difference to people's lives—while enjoying the variety, autonomy, and rewards that come with a sales and relationship-focused position.
What You'll Do
* Work closely with therapists, aged care providers, hospitals, and community organisations to understand client needs
* Conduct assessments and provide expert recommendations for mobility and light rehabilitation equipment
* Organise product trials, demonstrations, and fittings to ensure suitability and comfort
* Educate healthcare professionals and clients on the correct use and benefits of products
* Build and manage strong relationships within your territory, growing new and existing accounts
* Keep up to date with new product developments and industry trends
* Maintain accurate documentation in line with compliance requirements
What You Bring
* Either you're a sales rep from the industry or having a clinical background (OT, Physio) with an interest in moving into a client-facing sales role
* Experience working with mobility or rehabilitation equipment.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Valid driver's licence and ability to travel within your territory
* Ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Salary & Benefits
* $80K – $100K base + super
