Responsibilities
1. Play a pivotal role in operational support and enhancement of applications, with focus on banking and enterprise applications such as Core Banking & Payment systems, CRM, Contact Centre solutions, and Lending platform.
2. Provide meticulous technical support, maintain systems, and seek opportunities for improvement to optimize performance and reliability.
* Provide essential support and maintenance for applications, including routine updates and patch applications to ensure systems operate efficiently.
* Assist in resolving incidents and problems, participate in change management to minimize service disruptions and maintain system availability.
* Contribute to process improvements and adherence to best practices in maintenance, support, and deployment of applications for service excellence.
* Create and update support documentation and contribute to the knowledge base to facilitate rapid issue resolution and team learning.
* Support interactions with third-party vendors and solution providers to ensure integrated services meet performance standards.
Your Experience
* 1+ years of proven experience in providing technical support to Core Banking, Lending, or Enterprise applications
* Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain with a good understanding of lending or banking products
* Experience with IT Service Management tools, preferably Atlassian's Jira Service Management and Confluence
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Relevant ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required; COBIT or CISM is preferable
