Based in our Gold Coast office, we are looking for a people person who is energetic and enjoys working in a purpose-led, values-driven organisation with a strong working culture.We have an exciting opportunity based in the Gold Coast for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the KPMG Gold Coast team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, thrives on multi-tasking, and loves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will support Partners in the local Gold Coast office. It's an ideal position for a passionate people person.As a key interface for the team both within the firm and with our clients, you will cultivate collaborative relationships and provide an exceptional level of service.In this dynamic and integral role you will be:Providing administrative support and diary management to Partners including the Geographic Lead Partner of QLDCoordinating of domestic and international travelOrganising meetings and events both internally and externally.Understanding business priorities and applying this knowledge to input to and support key strategic initiatives.Event management for small to large events.Special project support as and when required.Providing administrative support for business development initiatives and engagementsMaintaining the CRM database and running reports as and when requiredWorking autonomously and managing highly confidential information.Managing strong professional relationships to senior internal and external stakeholders and their EA’s.How are you ExtraordinaryYou will bring a combination of the following skills and experience:Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant positionExceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrating confidence, strong personal presentation skills and the ability to liaise at executive levelsA strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomesOutstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands and the ability to manage multiple deadlinesStrong attention to detail and proactiveIntermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, with other skills also considered favourablyWhat we offer youKPMG are proud to be one of the first organisations in the country to be certified as a family friendly workplace along with several of Australia’s biggest employers.
