One x is a Canberra-based marketing agency working with ambitious brands across property, community, retail and professional services. We're growing and looking for a Marketing Account Manager who knows how to run projects, manage clients, and keep things moving without needing hand-holding.
This role sits at the centre of our client relationships and internal delivery. You'll be trusted to own accounts, coordinate work across the team, and make sure great ideas actually get delivered on time and to brief.
What you'll be doing
* Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of clients
* Leading campaign delivery across social, digital, print, web and brand projects
* Translating client needs into clear briefs for designers, strategists and content creators
* Keeping projects on track, timelines tight and budgets in check
* Reviewing work before it goes to clients to ensure quality and consistency
* Coordinating approvals, feedback and revisions
* Spotting opportunities to add value, improve outcomes and grow accounts
About you
* You've worked in an agency or marketing environment and understand how account management really works
* You're organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple clients at once
* You communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal
* You're client-focused but not a yes-person, you know how to guide conversations and manage expectations
* You have a good grasp of marketing channels and processes, even if you're not the hands-on specialist
* You care about quality and take pride in delivering work that's well thought through
