We're on the hunt for a Marketing Operations Manager that is equal parts strategist, technologist, and data whisperer who wants to join a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and purpose.
What You'll Own
* The MIPS entire marketing operations ecosystem—from lead generation to campaign tracking.
* Driving the Martech strategy, automation tools, and digital platforms (including our website and MyMembership portal).
* Performance reporting, member experience metrics, and marketing ROI insights.
* Management of a small but engaged team
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated hands on experience leading a marketing team with a leadership style that inspires and empowers.
* Experience in a digital environment, either agency or member / customer focused organisation with a vision for scalable marketing systems.
* Solid experience with CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
* A passion for member-first thinking and continuous improvement.
