As a key member, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the school grounds, ensuring they are safe, tidy, and conducive to a positive environment for both students and staff. From overseeing the turf areas, garden beds and shrubs to managing hard landscaping features like courts and paving, you'll play a vital role in creating an inviting and inspiring outdoor space.Your commitment to maintaining gardening facilities, equipment, and tools in a good condition will be important in promoting a positive culture within the school. The Gardener - Handyperson will perform minor repairs and maintenance in accordance with the Department’s policies and guidelines.The successful applicant should display effective communication skills, be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with staff and external stakeholders and be able to work unsupervised, with the ability to identify and recognise work that is required to be completed.
