Southcamp operates a large bar & beer garden, micro‑brewery, community cafe, short stay apartment & cabin accommodation and soon to open Italian Restaurant. We are looking for front of house Duty Managers to help lead the food and beverage service throughout the upcoming summer.
We are looking to onboard another manager to the team as we ramp up for the summer period. With a venue of significant patron capacity you will need to operate in a fast‑paced environment, be responsible for a large team of casual staff, have a positive and practical attitude, and a drive for delivering an amazing guest experience.
What we are looking for…
* Positive vibes, a customer focused leader and a make it happen attitude.
* A people person who likes chatting to our locals and enjoys hiring and training new staff.
* Responsibility and decision making to ensure smooth opening, closing and service of a busy bar and beer garden.
* Provides clear delegation and constructive feedback to staff continually.
* An interest in brewhouse and brewery operations to help develop and build our brand.
* Adaptability to deliver personal and full customer service on the weekdays to holistic venue operations on a large scale on weekends and holidays, including large ticketed events, private and non‑exclusive functions, daily table bookings.
* Ability to assist with hotel operations and guest check‑ins when required.
* Rostering, beverage ordering, stocktake and email admin experience is desired but not essential.
* Responsibility for delivering the food and beverage offering, the guest experience and safety of our staff and customers whilst on shift.
* Approved Manager card and RSA required at time of application.

Located in the heart of Dunsborough, Southcamp venue is creating a hospitality village for relaxed all‑day dining and drinking for locals and tourists alike.
* Brewhouse, Kitchen & Beer Garden open from 11:30am till late, 7 days a week over summer and reduced operating hours during winter.
* Community Café open in summer from 6‑1pm, 7 days a week with separate food and drinks offering.
* Piccolo Italian restaurant, opening this summer with the best of Italian dining mixed with cruisy down south vibes.
* Accommodation including 18 cosy timber cabins and 2 short stay apartments.
* Southcamp Brewery offering core range tap and canned product, with campfire limited release series changing seasonally.
