About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Family Lawyer to join our supportive and high-performing team. You will work closely with a Director and senior practitioners on a diverse range of matters while also managing your own files. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your work, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of our family law practice. For senior lawyers, this role provides the opportunity to lead matters with greater autonomy, mentor junior lawyers, and shape the growth of our family law practice.
Day-to-Day, You Will:
* Manage a variety of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting matters, and divorce proceedings.
* Provide clear, strategic advice to clients and represent them in court when required.
* Work closely with a Director and collaborate with colleagues across the firm.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
* Contribute to the growth of the practice through business development and networking.
* (For senior lawyers) Take on leadership responsibilities, guiding junior team members and contributing to strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of 3 years post-admission experience in family law.
* Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A client-focused approach with the ability to manage sensitive matters professionally.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
