Travel Sales Specialist
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the travel industry and a knack for building relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, tours and travel insurance to customers
* Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
* Manage customer inquiries, quotes, itineraries, amendments and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner
* Facilitate bookings and payments between customers and suppliers using Amadeus GDS
* Upsell and cross-sell travel products to increase sales and revenue
* Manage travel credits, refunds and changes efficiently
