Overview
On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for experienced Project Managers to join a critical program driving change across the organisation. This is a 12 month, daily rate contract and can be based in Richmond or Geelong.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading consultation projects relating to workforce change
- Developing and delivering comprehensive consultation plans and activities
- Engaging effectively with stakeholders including unions
- Managing project plans, schedules, budgets and risks in line with Government Frameworks
- Preparing high-quality reports, briefs and executive documentation
To be considered for this role you will demonstrate
- Solid communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Able to operate in fast-paced, high-change environments with minimal supervision.
- Confident managing complex, sensitive projects with competing priorities.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in Government or Public Sectors - disability, health or alliedhealth would be advantageous
