Fast-paced Resort seeks experienced professional to join our HR team as an Assistant Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the HR Manager, the key duties and responsibilities include: providing instruction in the absence of the HR Manager, assisting with grievance and disciplinary procedures, providing guidance on employment matters, training and supporting the HR team, ensuring adherence to legal requirements, managing apprentices and trainees, overseeing performance management and training systems, administering health and wellbeing programs, and coordinating visa and sponsorship information.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial relations, recruitment, privacy, and training legislation, as well as previous experience in a hotel or resort environment of international standard.

* Hotel/Resort Environment Experience
* Human Resources Qualification or 3+ Years HR Management Experience
* Proven Customer Service Experience
* Intermediate Level Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Office 365 SharePoint
