Your Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our nationally-focused Planning & Analysis Centre (PAC) team in Orchard Hills. In this key role, you will lead comprehensive risk assessments and ensure accurate, thorough documentation of identified network risks for the PAC Manager, playing a crucial part in driving informed decision-making and safeguarding our operations across Australia.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and maintain detailed documentation of identified risks
Continuously monitor and evaluate risk controls to ensure their effectiveness and compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse the causes and potential impacts of identified risks
Facilitate and participate in stakeholder meetings and provide clear, concise risk briefings
Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels to coordinate and implement risk mitigation strategies
Perform general administrative tasks to support risk management activities and ensure efficient workflow
Experience
Certificate IV in Compliance and Risk Management, Integrated Risk Management, or related field
Solid understanding of ISO ***** for the principles and generic framework for risk management
Strong numeracy, literacy, interpersonal, analytical and comprehension skills
Well-developed organisational skills with demonstrated team working and interpersonal skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Intermediate or above experience with risk management software tools such as Risk-X and/or Predict
Availability for regular interstate travel and possible international travel
Good to Know
Prior to being offered employment, you will need to complete pre-employment police and medical checks. A Defence security clearance NV1 is also required for this role. Applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.

Individuals who hold a current clearance from a foreign government may be eligible to have this clearance recognised by the Australian Government.
