We are recruiting for Technical Maintenance (Avionics) courseware development and instructional roles to support the Wedgetail E-7 Australian Program (Sustainment and Development), the UK AEW Mk1 Program, and E-7 Korea.This role is critical in delivering instructor-led training and developing courseware materials to support both the sustainment and future training needs of the E-7 Aircraft are looking for self-driven professionals with expertise in technical maintenance development and instruction, eager to build a challenging and rewarding career with BDA.We are actively recruiting Aviation Maintenance (Avionics) developers and instructors with experience in:B737 Avionics SystemsInstruction and Courseware DevelopmentKey Responsibilities:Deliver all E-7 Aircraft Avionics Maintenance instructor training for ongoing sustainment activities, including train-the-trainer coaching and mentoring for emerging E-7 fleet support.Analyze lesson frameworks and design maintenance training solutions to meet Boeing Defence Australia's E-7 Aircraft capability requirements.
