* Proven track record of coaching and leading large, diverse teams
* Demonstrated ability to run day‐to‐day operations and execute strategic goals
* Commitment to safety, customer focus, and a culture of continuous motivation to 'reach higher'
* Strong relationship‐building skills with team members, peers, customers, and leaders
