Are you looking to kick start your banking career? We have the perfect opportunity for you to take the first steps into your banking career We are currently working with a client seeking someone with a genuine passion for customer service looking to begin their banking career.
Your new role
As a teller, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the branch, so strong customer service experience is desirable. You'll also need good attention to detail to process customer transactions effectively.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer transactions effectively and accurately
- Providing customers with high levels of customer service
- Identifying opportunities to help customers by referring them to the right person
- Continuously looking for new ways to improve the customer experience
- Assisting with cash/ATM transactions
- Adhering to bank processes and procedures
Your Skills and Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills - open to industry retail or hospitality
- Excellent levels of communication
- Active listening skills
- High attention to detail
