What you´ll do
* Identifies and secures new business opportunities, managing development budgets for targeted accounts.
* Translates customer strategy into joint business plans with appropriate brand, range, and priority alignment.
* Defines and executes local account strategies, including annual revenue and target plans.
* Builds and maintains sustainable, long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Establishes strong executive-level and cross-functional relationships.
* Achieves account targets across key performance metrics.
* Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively drives key account performance.
* Ensures timely and accurate administrative support, including sales forecasts, reports, claims, and accruals.
What makes you a good fit
* 1–3 years of FMCG experience, with relevant tertiary qualifications desirable but not essential.
* Proven track record in winning new business, building long-term partnerships, and managing accounts.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, presentation, and strategic influencing skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Highly collaborative, resilient, and adaptable, with strong time management and organizational abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
