UGL are seeking a Front Line Planner to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory. Commencing ASAP, you will be a local Darwin resident and work a 5/2 roster.
The successful candidate will oversee the execution of planned maintenance work orders in compliance with the Santos Management System (SMS), EHS standards, and within the planning readiness window. Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of fabric maintenance campaigns for DLNG, while coordinating services, access, materials, and logistics to support successful campaign execution.
Key responsibility areas:
* Drive Return to Plan (RTP): Lead efforts to align stakeholders, remove barriers, and coordinate recovery actions for timely restoration of plans and services.
* Clear Scope Ownership: Ensure maintenance scope ownership, methodology, and objectives are well-defined, understood, and agreed upon by all stakeholders.
* Readiness Management: Oversee readiness processes, ensuring all milestones and requirements are met, with appropriate monitoring in place.
* High-Quality Work Packs: Develop work orders and work packs that meet planned timelines, contain all required technical and resource details, and meet quality standards for execution.
* Leadership in Routine Maintenance: Take the lead in routine maintenance delivery, ensuring adherence to SMS procedures and fostering alignment within asset teams.
* Collaborate for Effective Maintenance: Work closely with asset delivery and engineering teams to produce high-quality work instructions and improve methodologies for optimal maintenance execution.
* Data Accuracy and Improvement: Influence stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of asset master data, support improvements in corrective maintenance task lists, and enhance planning resources.
* Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track planning performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective enhancement initiatives.
* Efficient Maintenance Delivery: Maintain a focus on safely delivering planned maintenance with efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
* Previous Experience in a similar role
* Proficient in the use of Computerised Management Maintenance Systems (CMMS).
* Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project (e.g., P6).
* Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget management
