About the role: Advise and work with major banks, private lenders and other large financial institutions, as well as a range of clients from different sectors (construction, hospitality, age care, manufacturing, property etc.) You will be working on property finance, asset finance, general corporate funding and construction finance The ideal candidate: A mid-senior lawyer with at least 2-5 PQE years’ experience in a front-end Banking & Finance practice. Experience working with transactions for banks and financial institutions. Experience documenting, negotiating and settling finance transactions. Excellent communication skills, commercially astute and confident in front of clients. A team player who is also capable of working autonomously.
