About The Role
Cystal Printing Solutions, an established printing service provider based in Cannington, has an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Press Operator to join their team.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Gather files from established Job Plans
* Use imposition software to prepare files for the production of plates and produce plates for Print Production.
* Produce die lines for die cutting
* Complete regular quality checks on work-in-progress and completed jobs.
About you
Our ideal candidate would be able to meet most or all of the following criteria:
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
* Understanding of Prepress and Print processes
* Experience imposing files for gang-run plate output
* Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
* Experience using Kodak and Metrix imposition software would be highly regarded.
