Your Opportunity: As the Advisory Visiting Teacher, Early Childhood, you will:
Provide family-centred early childhood outreach services for children with disability and their families prior to PrepWork in partnership with families, early childhood providers and disability support services to ensure access to early interventionSupport engagement and successful transitions from early childhood to Prep for children with disability, work environment, team cultute or team prioritiesPlan, prepare and deliver effective learning and teaching programs for every student in allocated classes and groupsContribute to the development and implementation of school objectives and school planning as well as the establishment and maintenance of a supportive school environment
The Advisory Visiting Teacher, reports to the school Principal or delegate.
