We're partnering with a values-led financial services organisation to appoint a Senior Business Analyst within their Data, Analytics & Insights function.
This is a high-impact role sitting within Technology, focused on enabling smarter decision-making, uplifting data capability and supporting enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
The Role
You'll act as a key conduit between stakeholders and data teams, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, aligned and delivered through scalable, governed processes.
Key focus areas include:
Capturing and translating stakeholder needs into clear, structured requirements
Facilitating workshops and driving alignment across diverse groups
Supporting the design and delivery of reporting and insights that enable self-service capability
Partnering with Data Governance and Engineering to ensure initiatives are prioritised and executed effectively
Contributing to improved data literacy, quality and continuous improvement practices
This position suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, can confidently engage senior leaders, and enjoys driving structured outcomes across complex environments.
About You
3+ years' experience across data, analytics or business analysis roles
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capability
Experience supporting transformation or uplift initiatives
Background within retail banking or financial services (preferred)
Comfortable working across reporting, insights and data governance initiatives
