About the Role
Looking for a role that makes a difference? As Project Manager: Global Support, you'll be the driving force behind Silentium's international expansion. Your mission: keep priorities aligned, risks managed, and workflows moving across multiple teams and functions.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll act as the central contact point for global priorities, supporting senior leaders to manage dependencies across engineering, production, logistics, commercial, IT, and compliance functions.
How You'll Make a Difference
1. Coordinate AU teams to deliver global priorities on time and with full visibility
2. Advocate for global customer support requirements and track escalations
3. Track production, supply chain, and logistics readiness for global deliveries
4. Support commercial bids with timely AU inputs and technical contributions
5. Ensure compliance with export controls and cybersecurity requirements
6. Facilitate IT and digital support for global staff
7. Maintain structured communication rhythms and leadership reporting
8. Identify risks early, raise, and track mitigation actions to closure
What We're Looking For
9. Proven success in project management or coordination roles with complex stakeholders
10. Exceptional organisational and relationship-building skills
11. Ability to influence and drive cross-functional outcomes
12. Strong commercial and operational acumen
13. Comfort with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
14. Digital literacy and experience with collaboration tools
