Lead a skilled team of personnel in our Port Hedland workshops. Your primary responsibility is to ensure jobs meet client quality requirements, are produced on time and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete high-quality jobs within budget and timeframe.
* Develop a skilled group of personnel working as a cohesive unit.
* Provide accurate quotations and estimates.
* Maintain safety and environmental compliance.
* Produce reports and supporting materials as needed.
* Demonstrate strong leadership and initiative skills.
Requirements:
* Relevant trade qualification – Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Fitter/BMW/Fabrication Trade.
* Experience in supervising workshop operations.
* Well-developed communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
* Able to lead by example in health and safety.
