Job Title: Senior Park Asset Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced park asset manager to lead our team in maintaining and enhancing our beautiful parks and open spaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise staff within the parks maintenance team to ensure high-quality service delivery and promote a positive image of the council.
* Review and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and maintain a culture of safety, wellbeing, and psychological health.
* Deliver tasks in accordance with Service Level Agreements and work standards to ensure that all park assets are well-maintained.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills
* Certificate or Diploma in Horticulture or Turf Management (or relevant experience).
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
* Ability to develop and implement effective operational processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
