Finance Team Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Finance Team Assistant to join our dynamic finance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance team, including accounts receivable, payroll, and accounts payable functions.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer receipts and invoices;
* Process client invoice and credit queries in a prompt manner;
* Assist with raw materials invoicing and data entry tasks as required.
Other key responsibilities include:
* Scanning and renaming payroll archives;
* Data entry of top-end driving paperwork, MTDATA extras, and Genesis coding;
* Set up new employees within the payroll system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Experience in the transport industry is preferred but not essential;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook;
* Excellent communication skills and a customer service focus;
* A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
