Due to an internal promotion, Paramount Liquor is seeking a driven, commercially astute State Sales Manager to lead and grow our NSW business.

NSW is a critical growth state for us, and this role offers real ownership, autonomy and impact.

Reporting to the General Manager – NSW, this role is a key leadership position within the state.

The Opportunity

As State Sales Manager – NSW, you will take full accountability for sales performance across the state. You will lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team, drive revenue and margin growth, and execute state and national strategies in a competitive market.

This role suits someone who thrives on responsibility, builds winning teams, and leads from the front.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and deliver NSW sales performance, including revenue, margin and growth targets
* Lead, coach and performance manage a high performing field sales team
* Drive new business acquisition and deepen existing key account relationships
* Execute national sales strategy with a strong local market lens
* Develop and implement state based sales plans, pipelines and activity targets
* Analyse sales data, forecasts and market trends to drive informed decisions
* Partner closely with Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure execution excellence
* Build a strong performance culture with clear accountability and high standards

About You

* Proven experience leading a state or large regional sales team, ideally within FMCG, liquor or wholesale
* Commercially sharp with strong financial and analytical capability
* A confident, driven leader who lifts standards and develops talent
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance led environment
