Job Description
About the role
The Regional Pedagogical Manager will lead Early Childhood Teachers and Managers to ensure that all Deadly Kindy's operate within the strategic vision and direction of the Board and meet or exceed the legislative requirements of our Kindy's.
Duties
1. Lead kindergarten program performance as per monthly and quarterly dashboard system.
2. Develop and deliver high quality and intent-based early years care and education pedagogy and experiences tailored to individual children and their needs.
3. Implement high-quality learning experiences through ongoing adjustments to children's learning activities, in accordance with observations and documenting learning journeys.
4. Implement management operational processes and non-negotiable tasks.
5. Oversee day-to-day Kindergarten center management, integration with the ATSICHS service system, and build staff capabilities.
6. Commit to high quality management for ATSICHS through the use of LogiQC quality management systems.
7. Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels, supporting internal and external relationships, cooperation, trust, and respect, valuing differences and diversity, and guiding, mentoring, and focusing on staff development.
8. Integrate child and family needs into the comprehensive ATSICHS support system.
9. Contribute to a diverse and multi-discipline team promoting a flourishing workplace culture and upholding the ethos and values of ATSICHS as a long-standing Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation.

Desired Skills and Experience
Required
* Bachelor Degree in Education, Early Childhood or related field.
* Minimum two years experience in managing early childhood teams.
* Experience of National Quality Standards and Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme requirements.
* Experience in comparable not-for-profit, government, or private sector organisation.
* Networking and liaising with relevant external stakeholders.
* Able to meet targets and performance outcomes.
* Ability to lead, guide and manage people including cultural change and change management opportunities.
* Support and manage continuous improvement model achieving outcomes.
* Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
* Participative management practices adopting a supportive management style.
* Knowledge and experience in Project Management methodologies.
* Working with Children's Card or eligible to apply.
Preferred
* Ability to work in a performance-driven environment meeting month-to-month program targets.
* Experience overseeing and coordinating case management processes and procedures.
* Leading, guiding and managing people through cultural change and change management opportunities.
* Supporting and managing a continuous improvement model improving service model and practice application of front-line staff.

* Utilising participative management practices adopting a supportive management style.
* Experienced leading a team through Assessment and Rating process with positive results.
