About your opportunity As an Administration Officer, you will provide essential support for the TDoc instrument tracking system within the Operating Theatre.
Your role includes maintaining instrument checklists, compliance reporting, troubleshooting errors, and liaising with the Central Sterilising Department.
This position is key to ensuring safe surgical workflows and supporting education on TDoc processes.
Requirements Highly regarded: Understanding of instrument tracking systems and operating theatre workflows.
Highly regarded: Familiarity with infection control processes and the safe handling of instrumentation.
Highly regarded: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently or in a team.
