About the Role
Working closely with the Managing Directors, the Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple civil projects (up to $4M). This position will work both in the Fremantle office and on-site in regional WA. This hands‑on leadership role ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
Oversee project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout all project stages.
Drive productivity, safety, and compliance with HSEQ and contractual requirements.
Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project outcomes.
Provide transparent reporting, forecasting, and communication to Directors.
Skills & Experience
5+ years in Project Management within Civil or Mining Construction.
Proven success managing projects up to $4M.
Robust skills in contract management, planning, and risk control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial acumen.
Proficient in project and cost reporting software.
Commitment to HSEQ compliance and operational excellence.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Desirable
Construction or Mechanical trade qualification; experience in ISO‑certified operations.
