Position Summary
As a Graduate Investments Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our investment process. You'll work closely with seasoned professionals, gaining hands‐on experience in global markets and contributing to our success by monitoring exposures, hedging strategies, and reducing portfolio volatility. Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Investment Process: Immerse yourself in every stage of the investment process, from helping to research, analyse and implement trades, to execution and risk management.
* Trade Execution: Execute portfolios of securities across global markets following strategies developed by senior traders.
* Risk Management: Monitor portfolio exposures and implement strategies to hedge positions, helping to ensure our exposures are correctly managed.
* Team Collaboration: Be an integral part of a dynamic team where your ideas are valued, and your growth is a priority. You'll work side by side with industry experts who are passionate about mentoring and developing talent.
About You
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar with minimum distinction average.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with both technical and non‐technical team members.
* Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to problem‐solving and a commitment to high standards in all aspects of your work.
* Curiosity & Drive: A passion for learning, seeking feedback, and a drive to solve complex, real‐world problems.
* Bonus Skills: Some familiarity with software development—particularly with Python—will be considered a strong asset.
