Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Executive Team, State Managers and Support at Home Manager, this critical role will oversee all elements of HenderCare's aged care services including Home Care Packages, CHSP, VHC and private services, whilst leading the organisational changes and requirements of the national aged care reforms. Other responsibilities include:
- identifying, recommending and implementing growth strategies;
- identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies;
- leading, motivating, developing and managing dedicated aged care staff nationally;
- contributing to overall business strategy as a key member of the HenderCare Executive Leadership Team;
- maintaining and enhancing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
