Investigation Opportunity
This role presents a chance to engage in factual investigation across various locations, primarily within Perth and Western Australia.
* Conduct site visits at multiple locations, predominantly within Perth and WA;
* Take statements from relevant parties, collect evidence, and produce accurate reports within stipulated timelines;
* Maintain effective communication with the investigations team and other stakeholders;
* Draft factual reports on findings.
* Hold a Certificate III in Investigations;
* Current Investigators Licence (Agent licence also required for subcontracting work);
* Valid driver's licence and vehicle; experience in Workers Compensation or CTP investigations is advantageous;
* Knowledge of Insurance Commission of Western Australia procedures;
* Excellent written and verbal skills; strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
* Self-motivation and ability to work under tight deadlines.
