We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our growing team. This full-time, customer-facing role is ideal for someone with automotive industry experience who enjoys problem solving, working with dealerships, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of support.
You’ll be the go-to support person for our dealership network, owning technical queries and warranty claims from first contact through to resolution. You’ll work closely with customers, engineers and production teams to diagnose issues, drive outcomes and deliver a level of support that sets OEC apart.
What You'll Do
* Be the first point of contact for customer support and technical queries
* Managing warranty claims end-to-end from submission through to resolution
* Investigate faults using documentation, photos, fault codes and real-world feedback.
* Liaising with technicians, engineers and production teams to resolve claim queries
* Tracking claims and following up outstanding items
* Maintaining accurate warranty records and documentation
* Identifying recurring field issues and contributing to process improvements
* Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
What You Bring
* Experience in the automotive industry (Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator, or similar)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional and composed approach to challenging situations
* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
* Confidence working with systems and structured processes
* Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across teams
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Hours of Work (38 hours/week):
* Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
