General Purpose_**_ - Support HYTORC business department managers, assisting and improving the business in all areas, reviewing and explaining analysis and proposing improvements to the business department managers_

Human Resources_**
- _ Employee relations - advice, consultation to support Dept Heads resolve employee related issues, educate, and promote workplace improvements_
- _ Business Partnering - support Director of Human resources in HR related projects_
- _ Coordinator of personnel files, maintain (admin) all employee files_
- _ Coordinate and organise with line managers probation reviews / annual reviews_
- _ Coordinate with line managers performance management - record keeping._
- _ Induction of new employees - HYTORC culture, policies and procedure awareness, integration / buddying to team / dept._
**_ General Duties:_**
- _ Organize the office operations and procedures_
- _ correspondence is controlled_
- _ filing systems designed and maintained_
- _ Preparing and implementing new processes and procedures to drive administration efficiency_
- _ Branch liaison - facilitator of Head of Department meetings, action plans and result monitoring_
- _ Responsible for encouraging proactive engagement of Dept heads, and employees_
- _ Identify HR business risks, creation of viable strategies to mitigate risks_
