The role of Electrical Lead is a challenging and rewarding position for an experienced professional.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead teams of electricians, apprentices and subcontractors to ensure high-quality results.
* Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
* Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including switchboard installations, UPS systems, and generator installations.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills
* Hold an Electrical Supervisor's license and possess excellent technical knowledge.
* Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and coordinate team members.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair. Knowledge of ATS operations, relay logic, and switchboard wiring is essential.
