Key Responsibilities
* Proactively train and prepare the Crisis Management Team to ensure readiness for any situation.
* Maintain fire and rescue competencies, scope of practice, and participate in regular training sessions.
* Comply with medical guidelines and drug protocols, engaging with colleagues and mentors.
* Have rescue experience in firefighting, ambulance, or defence forces, which is highly advantageous.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. They must be able to make effective decisions in rapidly unfolding situations.
