Toll is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our high‐performing team at the Dampier Supply Base. This role is perfect for a people‐focused leader with strong logistics, transport or offshore oil & gas experience, thriving in a fast‐paced and safety‐first environment.
As the Operations Supervisor, you'll support the Operations Manager in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant services across our supply base operations. You will oversee day‐to‐day workflows, mentor team members, allocate resources, and partner closely with clients to ensure operational needs are met. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, HSE accountability and hands‐on problem solving in a dynamic and high‐risk environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily supply base operations to ensure compliance with IMS, QP, legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
* Partner with client representatives to understand operational needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Manage compliance across receiving, QA/QC verification, quarantine checks, pick/packing, dispatch and returns.
* Participate in audits, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve high performance and safe productivity.
* Conduct and chair daily toolbox meetings, pre‐starts and participate in HSE committees.
What We're Looking For – Qualifications
* Experience supervising teams in logistics, transport, warehousing or offshore oil & gas.
* Understanding of dangerous goods handling and various MHE.
* Sound problem‐solving skills and ability to work without supervision.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
* Strong commitment to safety, compliance and environmental protection.
