As a Finance Manager in our Mortgages business, you’ll play a key role in helping the business understand how it’s performing and where it can improve. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Mortgages, partnering with them to provide clear financial insights that support better decisions and customer outcomes. You’ll be responsible for analysing and explaining financial results, supporting forecasting and planning activities, and translating data into practical insights the business can act on. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll balance regular reporting with ad hoc analysis, while managing timelines and working collaboratively across finance and product teams. This is a full‑time role based in Sydney, with flexibility to support how you work best. What do I need? To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a practical, curious mindset and enjoy working with both numbers and people. You’ll also have: Strong experience analysing financial results and turning data into clear insights Confidence partnering with stakeholders and communicating financial information clearly Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial or forecasting tools The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment An interest in retail banking products, particularly mortgages, and how they perform commercially Why join us?
