We are seeking a meticulous Detailer to ensure the maintenance of our fleet assets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and inspection of our vehicles and equipment. Your role will also involve minor repairs, vehicle collection and delivery, and staying up-to-date with asset classes and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in branch activities and maintain a high level of attention to detail
* Ensure all vehicles and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before being released for hire
* Perform minor vehicle and trailer repairs as required
* Manage vehicle collection and delivery processes efficiently
* Stay informed about asset classes and equipment specifications to meet customer needs
Requirements:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and customers
* Able to lift manually and perform minor repairs on vehicles and equipment
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in reporting vehicle defects
