Strata Support Role
This role involves providing reliable and skilled support to the strata management team on a 3–4 week assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for typing and document support, with a strong focus on accuracy, formatting, and professional correspondence.
Main Responsibilities
* Prepare and distribute meeting documentation using Meeting Wizard within Strata Master.
* Draft and type legal and compliance documents such as contracts of sale, leases, management agreements, by-laws, and meeting minutes.
* Create professional correspondence and letters from scratch.
* Assist with data entry and record-keeping.
* Format and finalise reports including strata meeting agendas, minutes, financial reports, and notices to owners/tenants.
Requirements
* Proven experience with Meeting Wizard and Strata Master.
* In-depth knowledge of strata processes, by-laws, and documentation.
* Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
