About the role
In this position you will join our Australian-based, international finance team, where you will play an integral part in the team that delivers complex electrical projects with purpose across the Asia Pacific Region.
Lead the month end reporting function for multiple entities with full balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Monitor performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights
Support business units with cost control and profitability analysis
Maintain financial models to support decision-making
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives and investments
Champion the improved utilisation and understanding of the ERP system COINS
About you
As a Management Accountant, you will be required to demonstrate the below experience and skills necessary to be successful in the role:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA Professional qualification
5+ years' experience in a management accounting or similar role
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, COINS)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
