We seek a skilled Administration professional to manage key tasks and support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling administrative duties, including livestock sales processing, accounts payable, expenses, banking, and receipting
* Managing vendor and purchaser accounts, including reconciliation and debt collection
* Maintaining finance records and identifying areas for improvement
* Supporting the development of finance and insurance connections within and outside the organization
* Ensuring safety processes are in place within the branch
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in an office administration support position in a busy environment. You will also demonstrate:
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in SAP, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
* A proactive approach and strong organizational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
